Levitate Arts and Crafts inspired home utilises refined slate roof forms, brick work and glazing to form a home connected to its landscaped gardens the image overlooks.
Friars Mill saw Levitate conserve and reconstruct a fire damaged mill, recreating its historic roof form, brick repairs and new glazing as well as a new extension ensuring the building is fully accessible, viewed from the landscape forecourt.
Levitate's award winning Maple Lodge utilises crafted mid-century modern inspired sustainable home, viewed overlooking the kitchen with exposed glulam beams and metal structure light filled by large glazing.
Highoak's dramatic Arts and Crafts inspired modern home utilises warm and light materials to form spacious living as seen in this living space overlooking its landscaped gardens.
Warm, natural and sustainable materials were used to form a dramatic roof form over the Victoria Leisure Centre swimming pool to ensure natural lighting was maximised at Levitate's award winning scheme.
Harvey Hadden Sport Village by Levitate saw a national important sports facility created, including a new light filled 50m swimming pool.
